Mango Pickle Ingredients Amount Unit Ingredient 300 grams Mangoes 3 teaspoons Red Chili Powder (or red chili powder) 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder 1 teaspoon Salt (or add as per taste) 4 tablespoons Sesame Oil (about 1/4 cup, add more if required, can use sunflower oil or mustard oil too) 2 teaspoons Mustard Seeds 1 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds ½ teaspoon Asafoetida 1. Wash and dry mangos completely 2. Cut mango to desired shape 3. Take red chili, Turmeric Powder, salt, choice of oil, Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Asafetida 4. Mix all together and marinated the mango
