Mango Pickle
Ingredients
Amount | Unit | Ingredient |

300 | grams | Mangoes |
3 | teaspoons | Red Chili Powder (or red chili powder) |
1 | teaspoon | Turmeric Powder |
1 | teaspoon | Salt (or add as per taste) |
4 | tablespoons | Sesame Oil (about 1/4 cup, add more if required, can use sunflower oil or mustard oil too) |
2 | teaspoons | Mustard Seeds |
1 | teaspoon | Fenugreek Seeds |
½ | teaspoon | Asafoetida |
1. Wash and dry mangos completely
2. Cut mango to desired shape
3. Take red chili, Turmeric Powder, salt, choice of oil, Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Asafetida
4. Mix all together and marinated the mango
