Ingredients

300gramsMangoes
3teaspoonsRed Chili Powder (or red chili powder)
1teaspoonTurmeric Powder
1teaspoonSalt (or add as per taste)
4tablespoonsSesame Oil (about 1/4 cup, add more if required, can use sunflower oil or mustard oil too)
2teaspoonsMustard Seeds
1teaspoonFenugreek Seeds
½teaspoonAsafoetida



1. Wash and dry mangos completely

2. Cut mango to desired shape 

3. Take red chili, Turmeric Powder, salt, choice of oil, Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Asafetida

4. Mix all together and marinated the mango
